Criminal groups have impersonated mSamex on lookalike domains. Use this page to verify any website, email or social account that claims to be us.
The only official mSamex domains
msamex.com · msamex.ee
Everything we operate lives on these two domains and their subdomains (for example api.msamex.com, archon.msamex.com, earn.msamex.ee).
· Email — only addresses ending in @msamex.com.
· Telegram — @mSamexbot (t.me/mSamexbot) is our only Telegram presence. We run no groups, channels, "support agents" or "VIP signal" rooms.
· Instagram · X · Facebook · YouTube · Discord · WhatsApp — mSamex has no official accounts on these platforms yet. Any account there using our name or logo is an impersonator.
If it is not on this list, it is not us — no matter whose logo it wears. When we launch an official channel, it will be announced here and inside the app first.

Known impersonation patterns
Domains like msamex-vip.com, msamex-us.com, or any msamex-<anything> / misspelling are not mSamex. They are phishing operations run by criminals who copy our name and design to steal deposits.
What we did about it
We documented and reported every impersonation case, and cooperated with the U.S. Secret Service, the FBI, and the Estonian Police in their investigations of these fraud operations. mSamex Cryptocurrency Exchange OÜ is a registered Estonian company — see the official government registry record (reg. 17031074) — operating since 2021 — and we pursue anyone who abuses our name.
Telegram impersonators
Most victims we have helped were approached on Telegram — IDs and groups using the mSamex logo, posing as "official support", "account managers" or "VIP signal" admins. None of them are us.
· Our only Telegram presence is the bot @mSamexbot — it never messages you first.
· mSamex staff never DM you, never ask you to deposit to an address from chat, never ask for your password, 2FA code or remote access, and never promise profits.
· Anyone doing any of the above is a criminal using our name. Block them and report the ID to [email protected].
Rules that keep you safe
· Type msamex.com yourself — don't follow ads or DM links.
· We never contact you first asking for deposits, codes or remote access.
· Support is in-app or [email protected] — nowhere else.
